Adapt SPARQL query to integrate images

All coa representations that are generated with the sparql queries in section 3 in prepare-images-for-iiif-server.ipynb should be creating the new entity as a dhor:CoatOfArmsRepresentation AND a dhor:CoatOfArmsVisualRepresentation. Since there is no reasoner yet, the former will not be generated automatically.
