Add numbering for hasLayer and hasCharge

Although the properties dhoh:hasLayer and dhoh:hasCharge use sub properties with numbers to differentiate between different layers and charges (hasCharge1, hasCharge2 etc.), this is not yet implemented in the research environment, especially in the data entry form.

This also means, that the topological relations are not yet correctly implemented.
