All changes seem to be stored in two named graphs now -> entry forms are no longer working

All triples are suddenly stored in two contexts at the same time:

1. http://www.bigdata.com/rdf#nullGraph
2. (e.g.) http://digitalheraldry.org/digital-heraldry-ontology/object#MS-ETO/container/context

This makes it impossible to use the data entry forms at all.

1. All triples from both contexts are loaded, resulting in doubled entry fields.
2. Changes entered via the entry forms are stored alongside the old entry (see image for problems 1. and 2.)
3. Entry forms with cardinality constraints are no longer working at all, since now entry fields exist two times where only one should exist.
