The command GOTO from group-monitor should implicitly unlock code-locked blocks. But when the testee had already entered the new block and looked at the insert-code-screen, when the GOTO from GM came, nothing happened. The block was unlocked, but without reload the insert-code screen did not disappear. https://github.com/iqb-berlin/testcenter-frontend/issues/385
