Adjust the way flex containers behave when resizing display

Currently only the "block list" container stays the same, while both the "map" and "block contents" shrink. This behavior should be re-evaluated and adjusted as needed.

Additionally check the button sizes for Blocks - they are constant and get moved to the second line.
