Uses external software 'MathLive'.

Distpacker issues with mathlive have been solved in a custom 
distpacker.ts in scripts-folder. This is now used instead of the 
distpacker from the npm package.

- Replace asynchronous child processes with synchronous processes
- Add shortcuts to package.json

This helps to find the asset path for images
when they are imported from the js context

The version is taken from the package.json file and replaced in the 
html.

Using scripts also used by the abi player. Aslo adding html wrapper 
files for dev and production. Those have only been modified minimally 
and need to be revised.
