verboselevel turned off | in admin panel - list - now popup for editing included, not working yet though

updated DB scheme, changed login handling (now users in users.txt), new superadmin page, adjusted config, added number of registrations in overview

moved ebaysprite, payment inplace change working in backend, refined config regarding registration form options
