bug fixed: admin mail didn't filter for current_fahrt_id causing participants of all trips to be listed

few minor changes, i.e. automatic updates for some cross table values, new Realdiff for iotable, added new autoentry to iotable,..

- added list feature to list what each person will get (with details mode)
- added: admin overview has additional statistics about payment status
- fixed bug: admin list edit (preselection of date was incorrect)

fixed bug: in admin list there was a syntax error preventing proper init of datatable framework | admin cost: added handle for other data

as admin its now possible to move people from waitlist to list, fixed bug, where comm_lang wasnt working for whatever reason - seems to work now

added: statuss.php as copy of status.php to test the changes without redirect
