comm_get_possible_dates now dynamic, date format for bachelor changed (in public table already adjusted), added current sql dump

moved ebaysprite, payment inplace change working in backend, refined config regarding registration form options

some js experiments on editing tables... now add/rem row works, inline edit + table2json, next step js updating sums + json eval on server, then dynamic with database
