- Remove superfluous width and height. This is already done by parent 
elements in player and editor.
- Remove superfluous div and use host element instead.

Dimensions are mandatory but with only height and width.

Also add controls to non-expert mode.

This change is for GeoGebra-Elements, which have mandatory width and 
height.

Connect all lists of that section.

Table children do not have some properties, like position.

Setting the mode in the constructor was too early.

The selected section is replaced with the new section when empty. 
Otherwise the new section is appended below the selected section.
There is no way to influence this behaviour (contrary the 
section-insert-dialog).

Since there is not dimension-tab is this mode, the controls are placed 
here.

Everybody is considered expert but role 'developer'. The host 
application allows not saving the unit when rights are insufficient, so 
the editor needs not to take care of that. Having full rights allows for 
better inspection of units even if it can't be changed(saved).

So they work within standalone dialogs.

This fixes Tables which houses elements without dimensions.
