In the players tests this can be done via URL-parameters, bc the player gets called directly, but when embedded in iframe via srcdoc, this si not possible. BBecause they have to be set before any postMessage contact was made, the only remaining possibility is by search/replace. This swill be the case in testcenter-system-tests.

State can now never go back, when it reached some (or got it with vopStartCommand), it can not go back to none, and the same with complete and some.

Also made the responseProgress extensible.

Testcenter have buffers now.

Check compatibility of unit-state and -definition data-types and report errors in case of incompatibility.
