implemented  DateAxis logic
renamed PlotDataItem to SensorPoints
renamed PixelCollection.clear() to PixelCollection.clearPixels()
PlotSettingsModel signals sigVisibilityChanged  and sigDataChanged
date2num and num2date for (almost) consistent conversions between numpy.datetime64 and integers
