labeling.py refactoring, improved return values for QgsVectorFile editing

labeling.py MapCanvas context menu show shortcuts to label on selected QgsFeatures in linked QgsVectorLayer fields

added global accessors to labelshortcut layers

added LabelAttributeTableModel.shortcuts(QgsField)->list of auto-labels
