(PlotWidget.plot() can not resolved, maybe useless)

-Links in "Organization of Plotting Classes" added/resolved
   - GraphicsLayoutItem changed to GraphicsLayout
      (svg/png picture also)

  graphicswindow.rst now useless (no link)
