- Remove all Roboto files

Since there is just one font, this setting can be safely ignored. This 
is easier than sanitizing all elements.

- Send metadata as voeReadyNotification to host

Uses external software 'MathLive'.

Distpacker issues with mathlive have been solved in a custom 
distpacker.ts in scripts-folder. This is now used instead of the 
distpacker from the npm package.

This prevents the browser from trying to translate the page on
German systems

This is done according to the Angular best practices and minimizes
namespace collisions when using other packages which might use the same
selectors.

Technically the selectors are not even becessary since we use an Angular
component factory to create element components but it is still useful
for the DOM element naming, for debugging purposes for example.

- Improve variable naming for unit definiton type. (version string)
- Use 'iqb-aspect-definition@1.0.0' as value which better communicates
  the purpose of the data.
- Also update the HTML files with the new definition. (Even though it is
  not checked anywhere.)

Will be replaced by new editor module. See subsequent commits.

The external JS files need to ne put in the wrapper html so that the 
distpacker can find and merge them.
- Also delete all unused tinymce asset files.

The latest change to page width and ratio needs to be reflected by a 
version change.

The version is taken from the package.json file and replaced in the 
html.

Teststudio does not show patch versions.

Using scripts also used by the abi player. Aslo adding html wrapper 
files for dev and production. Those have only been modified minimally 
and need to be revised.
